Are you enthusiastic about contributing to the thriving cannabis industry? Do you possess a background in farming or agriculture? TalentWorld is currently seeking a dedicated Cannabis Trimmer for our location in Simcoe, ON.

As a Budtender, you will play a pivotal role in executing essential tasks such as sanitation, harvesting, drying/curing, meticulous trimming, and packaging directly in the field with the Cannabis plant. This is an opportunity to immerse yourself in a dynamic and rapidly growing field.

Responsibilities
Adherence to meticulous compliance with all pertinent Standard Operating Procedures relevant to assigned tasks.
Proficient operation of machinery involved in harvesting, drying/curing, trimming, and packaging processes.
Thorough cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas to maintain a hygienic environment.
Precise completion of documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Contribution to post-harvest breakdown and comprehensive clean-up operations.
Management of cannabis waste collection and its subsequent appropriate disposal.

Qualifications
Fundamental aptitude in mathematics for accurate measurements and calculations.
Competence in operating standard office equipment as needed for role responsibilities.
Effective verbal and written communication skills to facilitate team collaboration.
Preferred experience in post-harvest activities would be advantageous.
Background in greenhouse operations or agricultural work would be considered a valuable asset.

Working Schedule: 7am-7pm Mon-Wed & Alternating Thursdays OR alternating Thursdays, Fri-Sun
