Above all we value team-oriented colleagues who are passionate about the cannabis culture and industry.Applicants must have their Cannsell Certificate and clean Police Background check. Prior sales/Cannabis experience and legal cannabis knowledge are assets. You will be required to work potentially any day of week: Monday-Saturday between 10am - 11pm & Sundays between noon-8pm.Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage customers Demonstrate excellent knowledge of cannabis products Convey accurate product information to customers Introduce new products Stay up-to-date on current strains and products offerings Responsible for processing sales and all types of payments at POS Terminal Responsible for balancing assigned cash register at the end of a shift Report any cash discrepancies to store manager or designate Adhere to loss prevention policies Helps maintain cleanliness of the store by completing all daily opening/closing duties Recognize signs of impairment and abuse Follow guidelines and protocols as required by provincial regulatory bodiesExperience: Excellent customer service skills Positive attitude and enthusiasm Previous sales experience preferred Must be 19 Years of age or older Successful Police Background Check Completed CannSell CertificateJob Type: Part-time (min 20hr/week)Compensation: $16.00-$17.00 per hourAdditional pay: Tips + BonusesBenefits: Flexible schedule On-site parking Store discountSchedule: Every Weekend Holidays Night shift On call Weekend availabilityRequirements: Customer service: Min 1 year retail sales (required) Licence/Certification: Cannsell Certificate (required).
