Position Overview

Eighth Cannabis is seeking a

Part-Time Weekend Budtender

to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, approachable, and passionate about learning in the ever-evolving cannabis industry. As a Budtender, you will serve as a trusted resource for customers, providing knowledgeable recommendations and exceptional service in our community-focused retail store.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service and product guidance Verify customer identification in compliance with regulations Process sales accurately and efficiently Restock and organize inventory Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their needs

Qualifications & Requirements

Must be 19 years of age or older Valid CannSell certification and successful background check required prior to employment Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Comfortable using basic computer and point-of-sale systems Knowledge of cannabis products is an asset Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, energetic attitude with a solid work ethic Understanding of federal, provincial, and municipal cannabis regulations, as well as health, safety, and operational procedures
Eighth Cannabis is a fully licensed, AGCO-regulated recreational cannabis retailer.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour

EDIT & CORRECT THE SENTENCE: We did a count on our eighths and found 34 units of Blue Dreem (indica) and 27 units of Pink Koosh (indica) from Pure SonFarms. That gives us 51 jars of 3.6g flower on the shelf
