The Coughy shop is a locally owned cannabis shop, being the first to offer complimentary coffee with each purchase, and we are looking to add some amazing employees to our team! We are currently hiring a variety of budtender positions that include: part-time, full-time, team leaders and some casual positions - with the opportunity to grow within our company.

Budtender Responsibilities:

Advising guests on cannabis products based on their preference and budget Knowledge of cannabis products on our menu and the ability to learn Processing customers' payments using our Point of Sale (POS) system Educating customers on the safe use of their selected cannabis products Educating customers on applicable laws and regulations regarding consumption in Saskatchewan Checking customers' legal non-expired identification to verify that they are of legal age Taking inventory of cannabis products and ensuring that the sales floor is adequately stocked Ensuring all SLGA cannabis regulations are followed at all times Ensuring that the store cleaned and well-organized at all times Other duties as required
Budtender Requirements:

Must be at least 19 years old or over Cannabis Retail Experience Cannasell Certificate (available through Tourism Saskatchewan) Passionate about cannabis with the willing to learn Working knowledge of cannabis strains and products Proficiency in cash handling and customer service Reliable and punctual Strong communication skills, time management and problem-solving skills Organizational skills
