Job responsibilities: -

Greet customers
Ask for the Customer ID as per SOP
Manage cash floats-both at the beginning & end of the shift.
Manage G's Cannabis POS system login-ID
Help in recommended use of Cannabis & Its accessories to the customers so that they attain best shopping experience by creating education and awareness of Cannabis & its derivatives, products & use information readily available-Training will be given
Help manager in open and close at opening and closing of the shift by following set G's Cannabis SOPs.
Report any incident to manager-theft, suspicion, abuse to the manager/store manager
General Housekeeping duties-Mop & Sweep Retail Space, Clean & Sanitize Display Counters & Cabinets etc.

Qualifications: -

Must have or ready to obtain CannaSell, SK, Certification.
At least 1 year Retail sales & Customer service experience is required.
Approach- Attention to details, Team player, Passionate to excel & ability to learn quickly.
Basic mathematical ,problem solving & compute skills required.
Passionate about educating customers about responsible use of Cannabis & its products without giving them medical advice.
