BudtenderChrontact Inc. is currently seeking a fun, outgoing, driven BILINGUAL (French/English) individual to join the team in the role of Budtender. A Budtender supports the entire team as the main point of contact for customers and will strive to create a store environment that is both insightful and welcoming to every customer, every time. This is a Part Time opportunity to start with possibility of Full Time employment based on performance.To be successful in this role you must have previous retail experience with a passion for
engaging with customers and creating an open and friendly environment.

goal of providing an exceptional experience to anyone that walks through the door.Job Responsibilities
? Greet customers and providing insight into products to ensure customer
satisfaction
? Maintain a welcoming and warm environment for customers and staff
? Complete customer purchase transactions with accuracy
? Restock products when necessary
? Store housekeeping as required
? Continual development of product and industry knowledgeKnowledge, Skills & Experience
? At least 1 years' experience in a retail environment, with exceptional customer service
? Previous cashier experience
? Related product knowledge considered an asset
? Prior knowledge of trends within the cannabis industry
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? A passion for our product and changing the way the world sees cannabis
? You must be at least the minimum required legal age in your province, and be
able to provide a clean, and recent, police criminal background check
? You must be a Qualified Cannabis Worker in addition to completing your
provincial or territory training course (example Cannsell Certificate) and be able to provide a copy of the certificate
? First Aid/CPR training an asset (must be able to provide current copy of
certificate)

• Cannabis Sales Associates: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 2 years (required)
