Job Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and guiding customers through their cannabis purchasing experience. You will be responsible for educating customers about various strains, products, and consumption methods while ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Must be willing to work both locations and must have a vehicle for work.

Duties

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide detailed information about cannabis products, including strains, effects, and usage. Upsell products based on customer preferences and needs. Maintain a clean and organized sales area, ensuring all products are displayed properly. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and restocking shelves. Perform heavy lifting as needed to manage inventory. Utilize computer systems for sales transactions and inventory tracking. Ensure compliance with state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail cannabis is a must. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in computer operation, including Microsoft Excel and point-of-sale systems. Ability to lift heavy items as part of inventory management. Multilingual skills are a plus to cater to diverse customer needs. A passion for cannabis culture and knowledge of various products is highly desirable. Must be at least 19 years of age or older to comply with legal requirements. Must have a Cannsell license. Must be able to work both locations. Mississauga and Etobicoke. Must have a vehicle as well.

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
