Budtender - Part-Time

We're looking for a

Budtender

to join our team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, maintain a strong retail floor presence, and ensure every customer enjoys a welcoming and knowledgeable experience.

What You'll Do

Deliver excellent customer service with a strong floor presence. Build relationships with customers, answer questions, and make product recommendations. Maintain store standards including appearance, displays, and compliance. Achieve sales, productivity, and customer experience targets. Support teammates with sales skills and product knowledge. Follow company policies, health and safety procedures, and CannSell regulations. Participate in ongoing training and development.

What You Bring

CannSell certification (required).

At least 1 year of experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or cannabis (preferred). Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while multitasking. Ability to take direction, work as part of a team, and stay organized. POS and inventory system experience is an asset. CPR/First Aid certification considered an asset.

Requirements

Full availability: Days, evenings, weekends & holidays. Must be available to work minimum 1 shift per week at our Penetanguishene location Ability to stand/walk for long periods (up to 12 hours). Regular lifting, carrying, twisting, and reaching as required.
