Job description

We are seeking a Supervisor/Budtender:

Duties/responsibilities

responsibilities include but not limited to...

represent the manager and the company's interests when the store manager is not present support the manager with all operational procedures keyholder experience a must adhere to all company training, operational standards and procedures, education, merchandising, cleanliness, security etc..

provide excellent customer service at all times

asking right questions and providing solutions with a friendly demeanor. answering phones all procedures that are required for opening and closing of the store MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR SHORT NOTICE CALL-INS

Requirements/Qualifications

retail experience a MUST positive attitude and a team player, follow all rules supervisory role experience a must passion and knowledge about cannabis and excited to bring it to the market for recreational purposes excellent leadership and communication skills must be flexible with hours of work and be comfortable with ever changing duties able to pass criminal record check complete Cannsell certificate before first day of work 19+ years of age or older positive attitude*
