Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the cannabis industry and possess excellent communication skills to assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, educating clients about various cannabis strains and products, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. Must have Cannsell certificate.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide them with personalized service. Educate customers on different cannabis strains, products, and their effects. Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions through effective communication. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions. Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory levels. Upsell products by understanding customer needs and preferences. Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to company policies. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and enhance customer experience. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance regulations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory management and reporting is advantageous. Ability to learn quickly about various cannabis products and their uses. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing excellent service.
