We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cannabis and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs while ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide them with information about various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
Assist customers in making informed decisions based on their preferences and needs, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance their experience.
Maintain an organized and clean sales floor, ensuring that products are properly displayed and stocked.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all sales are processed correctly.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations.
Educate customers about responsible use of cannabis products and any relevant legal regulations.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and uphold company values.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Work with products creating various pre-rolls and packaging cannabis
Requirements
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred; experience in the cannabis industry is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining inventory and product displays.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required (up to 50 pounds).
Proficiency in English is required.
Leadership qualities that contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere.
A passion for cannabis culture and knowledge of various products is highly desirable.
Must be available for weekends and holiday coverage
Able to stand for extended period of time
