We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be the face of Four Twenty Cannabis, guiding customers through their cannabis experience with expert advice and friendly service. You must have a passion for cannabis, a desire to learn, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with their cannabis purchases, providing product knowledge and recommendations based on individual needs. Ensure a welcoming and safe environment for all customers. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all cannabis products, including flowers, edibles, concentrates, and accessories. Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and compliance. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service. Stand for prolonged periods during shifts.

Qualifications:

Must have flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Must be able to pass a clean background check. Must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Must be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
