We're looking for a motivated, responsible, and personable individual who can confidently represent the Montrose brand as both a

Driver

and

Budtender

-- ensuring a seamless, compliant, and elevated experience from store to doorstep.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities

Safely and promptly deliver cannabis orders to customers within our service area (Pickering & surrounding Durham region). Verify customer identification and signatures at delivery in accordance with AGCO and Health Canada regulations. Maintain accurate delivery logs and handle cash or electronic payments responsibly. Ensure vehicle is clean, organized, and stocked with required delivery materials (bags, invoices, etc.). Communicate professionally with customers and the Montrose operations team throughout each shift.

Budtender Responsibilities

Greet customers in-store with a friendly, informed, and approachable attitude. Guide customers through our product selection, emphasizing

freshness, quality, and product education

. Complete sales transactions accurately through the POS system. Maintain compliance by checking government-issued ID and following all store policies. Restock displays, maintain product organization, and contribute to a clean, inviting store environment. Support inventory management, packaging, and online order fulfillment as needed.

Qualifications

Must be

19+ years of age

and hold a valid

CannSell certification

. Valid

G Class driver's license

with a clean driving record. Strong knowledge of cannabis products, brands, and responsible consumption. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Punctual, organized, and team-oriented.
