What We're Looking For:

We're looking for outgoing, dependable individuals with a passion for customer service and a strong interest in cannabis. Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is required; cannabis knowledge is an asset but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service and cannabis product recommendations Ensure all customer IDs are properly checked and recorded Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail space Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and promotions Handle transactions and cash accurately and responsibly Support inventory monitoring and restocking Follow all company policies and provincial regulations Help create a safe, compliant, and positive work environment

Qualifications:

Must be 19 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in retail or a customer service role Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor Cannabis knowledge is an asset, but not required Must have or be willing to complete BC's Selling It Rightcertification
