As a Marijuana Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our clientele. You will assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience. Your expertise in cannabis products and commitment to hospitality will enhance the overall customer experience in our dispensary.


Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with product selection, providing knowledgeable recommendations based on their preferences and needs. Maintain an organized and clean display of products, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Process transactions accurately using cashiering skills, including handling cash and electronic payments. Educate customers about various cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods while adhering to legal guidelines. Manage inventory levels, restocking shelves as necessary, and ensuring proper labeling of all products. Assist with heavy lifting of inventory items when needed, maintaining a safe working environment. Utilize basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management. Operate computer systems for sales tracking and inventory management efficiently. Demonstrate leadership qualities by training new staff members on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
