Seeking Budtenders for Our Inviting New StoreHigh Bar Cannabis has been open for a year and growing.We are seeking experienced Budtenders to be part of the High Bar team and journey with us as we make a big impact on cannabis retail in Calgary, and beyond.Our company mission, which includes responsible and informed cannabis retail, calls for dedicated, professional, and hard-working staff, who will offer our customers a second-to-none retail experience.In return, we will offer you a competitive package; incredible perks; a safe and comfortable working environment; and the chance to be a part of the most dynamic cannabis retail team in the city.Budtender(s) (Full-Time and Part-Time)Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Advising customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis
• Educating customers on the safe use of their selected cannabis products
• Processing customers' payments using the dispensary's Point of Sale (POS) system
• Checking customers' identification documents to verify that they are of legal age
• Taking inventory of cannabis products and ensuring that the sales floor is adequately stocked
• Ensuring that the dispensary is clean, and well-organized at all times

Qualifications:

• Qualified Cannabis Worker (QCW) Certification
• Minimum 1 year of budtender experience or equivalent
• Up-to-date knowledge of new cannabis products on the market
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
