Key Responsibilities

Greet guests professionally, check ID, assess their needs, and provide clear, detailed information on our cannabis products. Educate customers on products, effects, and proper usage, Assist customers in selecting appropriate products based on their individual needs, preferences, and budgets. Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system for transactions, including cash handling and debit/credit processing. Ensure full compliance with all federal, provincial, and municipal regulations, including proper age verification. Assist with maintaining organized and appealing product displays, cleaning, etc.

Essential Qualifications:

Must be at least

19 years of age

Valid CannSell Certification is required.

Successful completion of a criminal background check.

Skills & Experience:

Prior experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is an asset. Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. Bilingualism is a major asset. Basic math and computer skills for point-of-sale systems. Ability to manage physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and lifting boxes. A genuine interest in cannabis products and a commitment to delivering quality service.

Pay: $17.60 per hour
