As a Budtender, you will be the face of our dispensary, providing exceptional customer service and expert guidance to our valued clients. Your role will involve engaging with customers, sharing your knowledge of cannabis products, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. You'll play a crucial part in enhancing the customer experience while promoting our diverse range of products. What you'll do

Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance in selecting cannabis products based on their preferences and needs. Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and efficient checkout processes. Maintain an organized and visually appealing display through effective merchandising strategies. Assist in stocking shelves and managing inventory levels to ensure product availability. Upsell products by highlighting special promotions or complementary items during customer interactions. Foster a positive shopping environment through excellent communication skills and phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries.

Experience

A background in sales is preferred, showcasing your ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Experience with cash handling and basic math skills to ensure accurate transactions. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Proven experience in upselling and product demonstrations that drive sales growth. Familiarity with merchandising techniques that enhance product visibility and appeal. Previous supervisory experience is advantageous for those looking to take on leadership responsibilities within the team.
