Overview:

We are seeking dedicated individual to join our team as Team Members. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests.

Duties:

- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and provide assistance as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food and beverages following established procedures
- Plan and host birthday parties from setting up to clean up after parties.

- Responsible for all cafeteria duties.

- Register Children coming into playground, manage admissions on POS ensure everyone has a waver signed.

- Cleary communicate rules of the playground and ensure they are followed.

- Ability to clean and maintain the playground and all other equipment and spaces, including garbage removal, dusting, vacuuming, moping, sanitizing, washrooms, cafeteria, washrooms etc.

- Responsible for opening and closing the playground.

- Responsible for maintaining positive guest relations by providing excellent services.

- Uphold company standards in appearance and behavior.

- Flexible schedule, must to work weekends.

- Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

Requirements

- Prior experience in food handling, cash handling, or food service is preferred

- Prior experience in POS.
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and order processing
- Familiarity with food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks within the establishment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$21.00 per hour
