Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Bubble Tea Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for bubble tea and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Duties

Prepare and serve Bubble tea, and other beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, including Micros POS. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas to ensure compliance with food safety standards. Assist in food preparation and serving as needed, ensuring all items meet quality standards. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail. Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure safety and quality in food service.

Skills

Previous Bubble Tea barista experience or experience in the food industry is helpful but not required, as training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for patrons. Proficient in basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience with cashiering duties. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
