Position Summary We are currently seeking applicants for the position of BScN Practice Education Instructor that starts in June 2024. You will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of nursing professionals. Your primary responsibility will include developing and delivering engaging and evidence-based curriculum content, facilitating classroom and clinical learning experiences, and evaluating student performance. We are looking for applicants for Full-time role. Key Accountabilities

• Teach, coach and supervise nursing students in classroom, lab and clinical settings.
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
• Participate in the development, maintenance and revision of curriculum.
• Participate in program, campus, industry and professional or other stakeholder activities.
• Travel is required.

Key Selection Criteria The ideal candidate must hold:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in nursing.
• Eligible for registration (active status) with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick (NANB)
• Minimum of two years recent and relevant experience as a registered nurse.
• Effective communication (oral and written), interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to apply the theory, practices and principles of adult education.
• Small group facilitation skills and leading, modeling and teaching interaction skills.
• Ability to arrange, maintain and evaluate resources.
• Demonstrated competence and recent experience in the use of the internet, e-mail, MS Office Suite software and ability to learn and adapt to changing technology.
• Ability to function as a team member in an ever-changing environment.
• Demonstrates valuing diversity.
