Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Brow Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and body waxing, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional experiences for our clients. As a Brow Expert, you will be responsible for enhancing the beauty of our clients' brows while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation.

Duties

Perform brow shaping services, including waxing, tweezing, and tinting to achieve desired client results. Provide personalized consultations to clients regarding brow styles and maintenance. Ensure all tools and workstations are sanitized and maintained according to health and safety regulations. Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming environment for clients. Educate clients on proper brow care and product recommendations to enhance their experience. Assist with retail sales by promoting brow care products that complement services offered. Stay updated on the latest trends in brow styling and techniques to provide innovative services.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a beauty or retail environment. Proficiency in body waxing techniques with a focus on brow shaping. Strong understanding of sanitation practices within the beauty industry. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. A passion for beauty and aesthetics, with an eye for detail in brow design. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed to accommodate client schedules.
