Here's What You'll Do

Onboard, mentor, and coach brokers to build success in compliance, underwriting, and business development while driving accountability and results.*
Track performance benchmarks, close gaps fast, and keep momentum strong.*
Lead compliance audits, payroll, reporting, and day-to-day workflows with precision.*
Be the go-to for operational and compliance questions, escalating only when needed.*
Build strong relationships with brokers, staff, lenders, and partners to fuel growth.*
Support leadership on day to day operational and workplace matters*
Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes, turning insights into action.*
Support broader operational oversight to ensure continuity and efficiency.*

And Here's What You Bring

A post-secondary degree or diploma in finance, accounting, or a closely related field.*
5 years of progressive experience in financial services, lending, or mortgage brokerage.*
Proven leadership through mentoring, training, or guiding others.*
Knowledge of mortgage lending processes, compliance standards, and operational frameworks.*
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.*
Communication skills that influence and inspire, with a track record of building lasting relationships.*
Comfort with MS Office and mortgage/lending software.*
Equivalent combinations of education and experiences will also considered.*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
