The Company
Our client specializes in the broadcast/media industry and is based in Toronto. They are looking for a Broadcast/Media Workflow Specialist for a 3 month, hybrid contract.
The Role
As a Broadcast/Media Workflow Specialist, you will be working with the Operations, Production, and Finance teams to auditing and documenting the internal business processes and workflows.
- Review existing documentation and record updates on work processes
- Conduct 1-to-1 interviews with team members
- Document details of workflow processes including, the Content Production, Programming, On-air Promo and etc.
- At least 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related position
- Experience in the Broadcast/Media industry
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with colleagues, and managers
- Familiarity with Visio for documentation purposes
- Strong written and verbal communications
