We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Brista to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a desire to create memorable experiences for our customers.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas. Engage with customers, taking their orders accurately while providing recommendations based on their tastes. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Stay updated on product knowledge, including seasonal offerings and promotions.

Requirements

Previous experience in a barista or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively. Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A passion for coffee culture and eagerness to learn about different brewing methods and beverage preparation techniques.
