We are seeking an expert and visionary Bridge Engineering Leader to join our high-performing Toronto team! You will be at the forefront of delivering ground-breaking infrastructure, including the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension and the ONCorr Go expansion, and legacy projects like the Ile d'Orleans and Alexandra Bridge Replacement projects!



The opportunity





Lead multidisciplinary teams on large-scale transit and highway bridge projects from concept to construction Serve as Technical Advisor on ECWE and ONCorr, guiding delivery, design assurance, and innovation Be a strategic contributor to business development, shaping pursuits and proposals across Ontario Lead delivery and technical excellence on bridge and civil structure projects (new builds + retrofits) Partner closely with Metrolinx, MTO, and industry collaborators Drive performance through efficient project management and quality control Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Canada and globally Cultivate strong client and industry relationships Inspire and mentor junior and mid-career engineers

Is this role right for you?



Degree or equivalent experience in Civil Engineering; Master's or equivalent experience is preferred. Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario; other provinces an asset. 18+ years of technical and project leadership on bridge and infrastructure projects, preferably in the transit and highway sectors. Proven leadership in winning and delivering large-scale, multidisciplinary projects. Experience with sophisticated structures, alternative delivery, and multi-stakeholder coordination. Deep knowledge of local design codes, MTO, Metrolinx, AREMA, CSA standards, and construction specifications. MTO RAQS qualification in Complex Bridge Design & Evaluation (an asset). Excellent communication, client engagement, and team development skills.

Toronto Hiring Range

- Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Toronto is $170,000 to $200,000 per year.

This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary.

Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of Toronto will differ.
