The Opportunity
Are you ready to take the next step in your bridge engineering career? Our dynamic and collaborative team is looking for an Intermediate Bridge Engineer to join our Vancouver or Kamloops office in British Columbia. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of bridge design, inspection, evaluation, and construction support projects across Western Canada.

What You'll Do
Contribute to the design and analysis of structural projects, with a primary focus on bridges and retaining walls, while also gaining exposure to the design of marine and other specialized structures.
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment to deliver projects on time and on budget, ensuring adherence to internal quality standards and client expectations.
Conduct inspections, assessments, and construction supervision on structural engineering projects.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with a focus or demonstrated interest in structural engineering; 4-8 years of experience in bridge design and analysis.
Registered Engineer-in-Training (EIT) in good standing in BC, or eligible for registration; P.Eng. designation is considered an asset.
Proven experience applying relevant local and national design codes; familiarity with BC Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure standards is an asset.
Knowledge of seismic design principles and performance-based engineering; a Master's degree in structural engineering is an asset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and professionally.
