The Bridal Gallery is on the hunt for kind, confident and talented retail professionals to join our team! Currently, we are looking for a Weekend & Evening Bridal Sales Associate to join our team. As a Bridal Consultant, you will be an expert on our wedding gown styles, designs, quality, and service. You will be a guide and confidant for our brides in search of their perfect gown. You will provide exceptional customer experiences to brides and their families, while also supporting the overall operational needs of the store.

Build a rapport with brides and their friends and families by listening and identifying their individual gown criteria--whether they are looking for a romantic ballgown, a form-fitting mermaid gown, or something in-between. Share your knowledge and excitement about the latest haute couture trends in bridal--from neckline styles to allusion backs with equal parts elegance and attitude. Tell it like it is in the fitting room, giving tactful, honest feedback and guidance to customers on style, trends and fit. Be a great team player by doing your part to keep the department "runway ready," including stocking, re-merchandising, display, price markdowns, trunk show preparation and light cleaning.

You are passionate about fashion and have a way of delivery customer service that is simply top-notch. You are a great advisor and team player, and you understand what it takes to help and support everyone so together we succeed as a team. In addition, the following also describes you:

Fashion-conscious and service-oriented sales associate Sales and metric driven: love the idea of writing your own pay-check. Excellent listening and verbal communication skills. Must be a self starter with strong solution oriented thought process. Build great relationships with customers and co-workers through stellar communication and follow-through. Keep a calm head when dealing with customer concerns. Thrive in a fast-paced environment thanks to your ace organizational skills and ability to quickly learn new sales techniques and processes.

Pay: $17.85-$45.00 per hour
