We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Bridal Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to brides and their families, guiding them through the wedding dress selection process and creating a memorable shopping experience. This role requires a professional with strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for helping clients find their perfect wedding look. Bilingual skills and experience in retail sales or merchandising are highly valued to enhance client interactions and sales effectiveness.

Duties

Assist brides and clients in selecting wedding dresses, accessories, and related products, offering expert advice and personalized recommendations Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various bridal collections Manage customer appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service while maintaining a welcoming environment Upsell complementary products such as veils, jewelry, and shoes to enhance the customer's overall look Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain organized displays and merchandising of bridal collections to attract customers and optimize sales opportunities Provide excellent customer service through effective communication, phone etiquette, and attentive listening Manage time effectively to serve multiple clients throughout each day while ensuring a high level of service quality

Requirements

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively in person and over the phone Organizational skills to manage appointments, product displays, and sales records efficiently Experience in retail sales, technical sales, or merchandising is preferred Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Ability to perform product demos confidently and upsell additional items seamlessly Multilingual or bilingual abilities (e.g., English plus additional languages) are a plus to serve diverse clientele Customer service experience with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences Time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
