This is

a weekend only position.

As a Bridal Consultant, you will play a vital role in assisting brides-to-be in finding their dream wedding gowns and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Providing personalized consultations to understand each bride's vision, style preferences, and specific requirements. Assisting brides in selecting and trying on wedding gowns and accessories. Offering expert guidance and advice on fit and style to help brides make informed decisions. Building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire shopping process. Managing and coordinating bridal appointments, including follow-ups and order tracking.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a retail role is mandatory.*
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with clients and create a positive shopping experience. Attention to detail and ability to provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences. Passion for customer service and exceeding client expectations. Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as per the boutique's schedule.
