Your Role: The Heart of Our Product Quality
As our
Packaging Coordinator
, you are the final line of defense in ensuring our supporters receive top-notch products. Reporting to the Production Lead and Operations Manager, you will oversee the transition of our beverages from tank to package.
Key Responsibilities:
Packaging Mastery:
Lead canning and kegging operations for our beer, (future) spirits/RTDs, and non-alcoholic portfolios using semi-automated systems (Cask SAMS V2 Canner, ELF-50 Labeler, Keg Washer).
Production & Cellar Support:
Work in tandem with the Production Lead to complete production and cellaring activities (tank cleaning (CIP), transfers, and carbonation).
Regional Logistics:
Complete deliveries within Labrador City & Wabush. Manage inbound and outbound shipments to/from other regions.
Digital Integration & Inventory Management:
Use
BrewNinja
software to track activities and inventory to ensure regulatory compliance.
Leadership:
Help train and mentor future team members as our operations grow.
