Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join an established swine operation in the heart of Huron County in Brussels, ON. Breeding Manager will be responsible for breeding operations of the sow barn, supervising breeding staff, maintaining healthy livestock, and coordinating with the main office and Barn Manager as required regarding parts/maintenance and other administrative needs.

Specific Skills

The ability to communicate with all levels of staff and manage personal is key for this role. Must be able to speak fluent Spanish and communicate in English.

Monitoring animal health, raising and breeding of swine, manage overall operation of the barn, maintain production records, supervise staff, perform general farm duties, maintenance knowledge.
