As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Assist guests with menu selections, providing recommendations as needed. Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction and address any needs or concerns promptly. Process payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure a safe dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. A team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help colleagues when needed.
