Breakfast Server

to join our front-of-house team and deliver an exceptional guest experience from the earliest hours of the day.

The Role:

As a breakfast server at Lorette Brasserie, you are the first impression of our service standard. You will provide attentive, polished hospitality to our guests, ensuring every morning begins with grace, warmth, and care.

Responsibilities:

Provide refined, detail-oriented service in accordance with fine dining standards Guide guests through the breakfast menu, offering thoughtful suggestions and pairings Collaborate with the kitchen and management to ensure seamless service flow Maintain cleanliness and order within the dining space Uphold an atmosphere of elegance, professionalism, and hospitality

Qualifications:

Prior experience in upscale or fine dining service preferred Knowledge of French cuisine and breakfast service etiquette a plus Impeccable grooming, punctuality, and communication skills Ability to anticipate guest needs with discretion and care Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
