We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive outstanding service while enjoying their meals. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.

Duties

Greet guests promptly and courteously, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale system. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while adhering to food safety standards. Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high-quality service throughout the dining experience. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed. Assist with food preparation tasks as required, ensuring cleanliness and organization in the service area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, service stations, and utensils.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
