Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that every customer feels valued and well taken care of.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's point-of-sale system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality presentation. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assist with food preparation as needed while adhering to food safety standards. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, providing excellent customer service at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance the dining experience. Proficient math skills for handling transactions and processing payments. Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables during busy shifts. Experience in restaurant settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided. A positive attitude with a willingness to help both guests and team members alike.

Pay: $15.00-$17.71 per hour
