We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Prior restaurant experience and familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS are highly valued. The Server will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while supporting the overall operations of the restaurant.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Micros POS
Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring presentation quality
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas in accordance with food safety regulations
Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables promptly during busy periods
Ensure guest needs are met promptly, addressing any concerns or special requests professionally
Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health standards
Requirements
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for billing, cash handling, and order calculations
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Experience with food industry standards such as serving, upselling, and hospitality best practices is a plus

Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour
