We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our team. Duties
Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established recipes and presentation standards
Set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are stocked, fresh, and appealing
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and buffet stations, including cleaning utensils and equipment
Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu items, and provide exceptional guest service
Busing tables and clearing plates to ensure a tidy dining environment
Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
Restock supplies and assist with meal preparation when necessary
Support catering or banquet setups if required
Uphold high standards of hospitality by demonstrating excellent communication skills and guest relations
Skills
Prior experience in food service, catering, or hospitality environments preferred
Knowledge of food preparation, food safety protocols, and proper handling techniques
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Experience with cleaning duties including sanitation of kitchen areas and dining spaces
Host/host experience or guest services background is advantageous
Basic knife skills, meal preparation knowledge, and culinary experience are beneficial
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately if required for cashiering duties
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for guest interactions
