We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Breakfast Manager to oversee our breakfast operations in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for food service, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and high-quality meals. This role requires effective management of staff, inventory, and kitchen operations while maintaining a focus on food safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities



Supervise daily breakfast operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality food preparation. Train, develop, and manage staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain operational standards. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency with restaurant quality standards. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. Implement food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations. Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new team members. Collaborate with management on budgeting and financial planning for breakfast operations. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership.

Requirements



Proven experience in food service management or restaurant management, preferably in a quick service or casual dining setting. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen management. Familiarity with inventory control processes and budgeting practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively. Experience in staff training, development, and supervising teams. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry. Previous experience in fine dining or banquet settings is a plus. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings.
