Hash Breakfast eatery is a retro upscale eatery featuring some old classic breakfast dishes along with some new modern dishes.

We are looking for experienced cooks that are familiar with the fast pace of breakfast cooking. Shifts start between 6:00am and 9:00am. We offer competitive pay including bi-weekly tip outs. If you are interested please submit

Duties:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with menu planning and recipe development
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets food safety guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Assist with catering events as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
