We are seeking a talented and creative Breakfast Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting an exciting and varied breakfast menu that upholds our high-quality standards and celebrates the art of gluten-free cooking. You will be working in a fast-paced, supportive environment where creativity meets precision.

Key Responsibilities:



Menu Development:

Create and innovate a breakfast menu that emphasizes gluten-free recipes with unique flavor profiles. Experiment with ingredients and techniques to offer seasonal, fresh, and distinctive breakfast dishes.

Quality & Standards:

Ensure all breakfast items meet our rigorous quality and presentation standards. Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and visual appeal across all breakfast offerings.

Preparation & Cooking:

Prepare breakfast items from scratch while strictly adhering to gluten-free guidelines. Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and ingredient combinations to achieve optimal results. Oversee the breakfast station, ensuring that it is organized, clean, and compliant with food safety regulations. Collaborate with the team to maintain efficient workflow and timely service during busy hours.

Customer Focus:

Engage with customer feedback to refine recipes and enhance the dining experience. Support the team in creating a welcoming and inspiring breakfast environment.

Qualifications:



Proven experience as a cook or chef, preferably with a background in gluten-free cooking. Strong creativity and a passion for developing innovative breakfast dishes. Excellent understanding of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and allergen management. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Culinary training or certification is preferred, but not required.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
