Breakfast Ambassador

to join our dynamic team and help create memorable mornings for our guests.

Position Summary

The

Breakfast Ambassador

plays a vital role in our guests' experience by providing a warm welcome and ensuring that the complimentary breakfast area is well-stocked, clean, and inviting. This front-line team member is responsible for food preparation, cleanliness, guest interaction, and maintaining Marriott's brand standards of service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present

breakfast items, including hot and cold food in accordance with food safety guidelines.

Set up, stock, and maintain

the breakfast buffet area throughout service hours.

Greet guests warmly

and assist them with any breakfast-related questions or needs.

Monitor inventory

of food and beverages; restock items as needed. Ensure cleanliness of all areas including

tables, counters, food prep areas, and equipment

. Maintain compliance with

health, safety, and sanitation regulations

. Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the supervisor or management team. Handle guest concerns or requests with professionalism and a customer-first attitude. Assist with cleaning duties, including

dishes, utensils, and garbage disposal

. Occasionally assist with food orders and deliveries.

Qualifications & Requirements

Previous experience

in food service, hospitality, or customer service is an asset but not required. Excellent

communication

and

interpersonal

skills. Friendly, energetic, and approachable personality. Ability to

work independently

and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to

cleanliness

and

presentation

. Must be available to work

early morning shifts

, including weekends and holidays (shifts typically start between 5:00 AM - 6:00 AM). Ability to lift up to

25 lbs

and stand for extended periods of time.

Food Safety Certification

is considered an asset (can be obtained after hire if needed).
