Break and Shear Operator
Jasper Tank custom manufactures truck and
trailer-mount tanks. We are a leader in tank manufacturing in North America with a reputation for quality for over 60 years.
We are looking for Aluminum, Stainless and Mild Steel
brake and shear operator for our Acheson, Alberta location. This islong term work with no travel.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work, Public Transit is not available
Responsibilities
Brake and shear operator Cutting and bending Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and Mild Steel parts for tank manufacturing. New fabrication of Aluminum and stainless steel tanks. Custom fabrication Job task planning and organizing Following required safety protocols Operate hoisting and lifting equipment
Skills and Abilities
Plasma cutter training available Able to lift 13.5 kg (30 lbs.) Able to perform physically demanding repetitive tasks Possesses manual dexterity and good hand eye coordination Able to communicate in a team environment Problem solving, critical thinking and decision making
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
