Job Summary

Teter Warm is looking for a warm, service-driven

Brand Stylist & Customer Experience Associate

to join our team. In this role, you'll help customers feel confident and inspired by offering genuine guidance, personalized styling, and an exceptional in-store experience. You'll play an integral part in representing our brand, supporting daily retail operations, and contributing to the creative storytelling that brings Teter Warm to life.

While your primary focus will be sales and customer care, you'll also lend your creative eye to visual merchandising and assist with light content creation to support our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Styling

Welcome every customer with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Offer personalized styling suggestions and product insights to help customers find pieces they love. Build strong customer relationships by listening attentively, asking thoughtful questions, and tailoring recommendations to individual needs. Maintain strong knowledge of product details, including fit, materials, and brand story to confidently guide purchasing decisions. Handle in-store, phone, email, and social media inquiries with timely and thoughtful communication. Process transactions accurately and maintain a smooth checkout experience.

Retail Operations & Visual Presentation

Ensure the store always feels inviting, organized, and reflective of the Teter Warm aesthetic. Support merchandising updates, refreshing displays, organizing racks, and maintaining presentation standards. Prepare merchandise for the floor (steaming, tagging, organizing) to keep inventory customer-ready. Receive shipments, unpack inventory, and support back-of-house organization. Assist with inventory counts and contribute to a clean, well-structured stockroom.

Brand Support & Creative Content

Participate in in-store events, promotions, and initiatives designed to drive traffic and strengthen customer engagement. Create simple, brand-aligned content for social platforms (Reels, Stories, TikToks) to highlight new arrivals and store moments. Collaborate with the team on fresh ideas that elevate the brand experience both in-store and online.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with store leadership to achieve sales goals and deliver a consistent, elevated customer experience. Communicate customer feedback and insights to help improve merchandising and service strategies. Support ongoing projects and retail or marketing needs as they arise.

Qualifications

1-2 years of retail or sales experience required; boutique or specialty retail preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for customer care. Comfort with styling and an eye for aesthetics and detail. Familiarity with creating short-form social content is a plus. Organized, flexible, and proactive, comfortable juggling shifting priorities. Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. Experience with POS systems and basic inventory processes is helpful.

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
