BRAND SPECIALIST (SALES REPRESENTATIVE)TBS - The Team & Corporate StoreJOB SUMMARYWith a passion for sales, the Brand Specialist is a vital role at TBS. You will facilitate high-quality relationships with a variety of clients to assist with their branded apparel and corporate gift needs. You'll become a marketing swag guru. • Daily operation of customer relationship management system (CRM)
• Maintain product knowledge, staying current with promotional trends and decoration techniques
• Provide excellent customer service via correspondence on telephone, digital means or in person with clients, prospects, and vendors
• Initiate sales with existing clients and new prospects and maintain sales pipeline
• Complete sales reporting and logging procedures
• Support and maintain an organized and clean customer ready environment
• Help build a positive and fun internal staff culture

RELATIONSHIPSThe Brand Specialist reports to the General Manager. They work closely with other Brand Specialists, the Marketing Specialist, the Graphic Designers, and the Customer Service RepresentativeREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Grade 12 Diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to participate and perform in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and build strong rapport
• Ability to learn and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
• Alberta Class 5 Driver's License and a reliable vehicle

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Sales experience: an asset but not required
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products and knowledge of Apple products

WAGE$45,000 per year with a draw systemBENEFITS Group Benefits through Group Source will begin on the first day of the month following three (3) months of employment.SCHEDULE Regular working hours are 9:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday to FridayVACATIONPaid out at 4% per pay chequePROBATIONARY PERIODThree (3) months/90 days from your start dateJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $45,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:
