As a key member of the marketing team, the Brand Specialist actively participates in elevating the brand through solid marketing strategies and campaigns in Canada and Internationally. You possess a strategic, data driven mindset and you\'re a passionate, creative thinker with strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Participate to the development of marketing campaigns from a strategic, creative and media standpoint;
  • Manage and coordinate projects respecting budget, resources and timeline;
  • Brief the marketing studio for print, radio, out of home, video, B2B advertising and special internal projects. Coordinate the various production, approval, and implementation steps;
  • Work closely with the digital performance team in the planning and execution of digital campaigns;
  • Prepare and implement communication plans while ensuring follow-ups with multiple stakeholders;
  • Assist in planning the marketing activity calendar and execute brand initiatives;
  • Collaborate closely with several internal teams and external partners;
  • Analyze marketing campaigns and prepare presentation documents;
  • Ensure continuity and cohesion between the various brand marketing activities (advertising, promotions);
  • Ensure budgetary management and follow-ups based on performance objectives;
  • Gather marketing trends, customer behavior and competitive landscape for insights and key learnings to help develop brand strategies and tactical plans.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Integrated Communications, or related fields
  • At least 4 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Creative and passionate about strong brand building
  • Possess a strategic, data driven mindset and creative approach
  • Background in consumer product industry strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French, with additional languages an asset
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, experiential, and content marketing
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel internationally occasionally
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
