Job Description

UW Mississauga Inc. is seeking a Brand Representative to join our on-site team in Mississauga. In this role, you will engage directly with customers to promote products and services, assist with sales, and provide excellent customer service. You'll play a key part in helping well-known brands connect with their customers through direct customer engagement and support our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Represent client brands at promotional events, retail setups, and community activations Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and provide product or service information Assist in the sales process by helping customers make informed decisions Deliver excellent customer service and follow up as needed Maintain a working knowledge of client offerings and current promotions Collect customer feedback and share insights with the internal team Contribute to team meetings, training sessions, and daily performance goals

Requirements

Full-time availability (Monday to Friday), with some weekend shifts as needed Must be able to commute daily to our Mississauga office (on-site role; not remote) Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or marketing is preferred Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach Self-motivated and comfortable speaking with customers in public settings Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in Canada
