As a Brand Representative, your responsibilities will be focused on promoting our clients\' brands, increasing brand awareness, and driving sales production. Brand Representative will:

  • Leverage the client-provided leads, establish strong connections with key decision-makers, and deliver exceptional product guidance through excellent brand consultation
  • Promote our clients\' brands during marketing campaigns, promotional events, and sales presentations face-to-face or over a phone call with the customers
  • Identify the customers\' pain points and preferences to provide the best available service and/or product solution for their needs
  • Serve as a primary point of contact to address prospects\' inquiries and concerns
  • Enhance brand awareness and develop effective sales strategies by collaborating with team members and other departments
  • Effectively follow internal processes to track, manage, and log all activities in Salesforce.com
  • Give your 100% every day to achieve outstanding performance and master the responsibilities
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, customer acquisition, and/or marketing is preferred
  • Educational background in marketing, communication, or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of marketing and branding principles
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Positive attitude with the desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Full-time availability
  • Must be willing to travel to our office daily
  • Valid Drivers license and access to a personal vehicle is preferred
