We are seeking a dynamic and strategic

Brand Manager

to lead the development and execution of brand strategies that enhance our company's market presence and drive growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping brand identity, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Duties



Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company goals Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities Manage brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all platforms Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product development, and creative departments Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics; adjust strategies accordingly Manage budgets for branding initiatives and ensure optimal allocation of resources Build strong relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support branding efforts Lead efforts in brand storytelling through digital media, social platforms, and public relations

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role within a competitive industry Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and digital media channels Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Creative mindset with analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $101,453.19-$111,308.38 per year
