Responsible for managing and evolving brand presence within Express Retail Partner locations and channels.
Create, execute, and manage marketing campaigns and programs.
Manage the development and execution of annual marketing programs for retail locations that align with key brand priorities to drive commercial and brand goals.
Build relationships with strategic Express accounts and support the development of co-op marketing programs designed to drive product sell through and brand storytelling.
Provide assistance with brainstorming, evaluating and developing new marketing opportunities and consumer promotions initiatives with internal teams.
Support the development and execution of annual marketing programs for retail locations that align with key brand priorities to drive commercial and brand goals.
Ensuring approved marketing opportunities and consumer promo activities have internal alignment, are optimized and executed according to brand guidelines, and consistent across partners and consumer touchpoints.
Working with the analytics team - internal and partner - to develop strategies to optimize by customer/partner - related to assortment, promotional activity, and messaging in-store.
Supporting and overseeing ongoing print, digital and social media activity, and opportunities with existing Express partnerships.
Liaising between the teams regarding new partner business, scope of new partnerships, and relevant deliverables required.
Develop and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring cross-functional representation and clarity of launch plans
Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns and incremental programs.
Responsible for the on-going maintenance of internal brand portal.
Manage the fiscal year Marketing budget and ensure accurate financial tracking with finance and the Director of Brand Marketing.
Requirements
Experience, Education, and Designations:
5 to 7+ years experience working in a brand and commercial/retail marketing experience, on client or agency side.
University or college degree.
Previous experience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry is preferred.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally
Experience managing a brand across multiple markets.
Experience and knowledge of food retail is preferred.
Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office application suite is expected (particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
